Revista de Contabilidade da UFBA is a vehicle for the dissemination of research and ideas that add value to the work of scholars and practitioners of accounting. The journal is intended for teachers, undergraduates and graduate students, consultants, entrepreneurs and professionals from public and private companies.
The journal's primary aim is the dissemination of knowledge related to accounting, auditing, and finance produced by teachers, students, researchers and other professionals, both nationally and internationally. The primary objectives of Revista de Contabilidade de UFBA are to:
contribute to improving the quality of scientific research on accounting; increase opportunities for dissemination of research results, scientific papers, abstracts of theses and dissertations, etc.; provide the scientific community with a reference of international research; provide students with the accounting area allowances for performing bibliographic monographs, articles, theses and dissertations; contribute to the expansion of publishing activities of UFBA nationally and internationally; generate new parameters for quality publications in accounting; and help to stimulate adherence to policies CAPES regarding the dissemination of scientific teachers and students.
