Description

The proposed Journal is devoted to the growing field of valorisation of waste and residues to energy, fuels and other useful materials, with emphasis on processes and practices that reduce emissions and life cycle assessment of technologies and materials. Research on the characterisation of fuels and materials produced as well as those on the development of characterisation techniques will be also welcomed. Topic areas to be covered by the journal will include, but are not limited to:
Valorisation of waste and biomass :
municipal, industrial, electronic, wood, sludge, agricultural, forest, construction and demolition
Valorisation as energy and fuels :
ethanol, hydrogen, biogas, biofuel, Refuse-Derived Fuel/Oil (RD, RDO), pyrolysis products, electricity and power
Valorisation as materials :
raw materials, secondary materials, recycled materials
