Journal of System and Management Sciences (JSMS) aims to provide a refereed and authoritative source of information in the field of system and management sciences. JSMS is seeking to establish channels of communication between government departments, industrial executive and academic experts in the field.
Sponsored by Beijing Jiaotong University, JSMS now is a quarterly publication since 2012 and also an official publication of the Asia Association of System and Management Research (AASMR).
Objectives
The objectives of JSMS are to develop, promote and coordinate the theories and practice of system and management sciences. It also aims to help professionals working in the field, engineering and business educators and policy-makers to contribute, to disseminate information and to learn from each other's work. JSMS emphasizes on its international dimension in order to overcome cultural and national barriers and to meet the needs of accelerating global changes in a globalization age.
Readership
JSMS provides a channel to help professionals, academics, researchers and policy makers, working in the field of engineering, system and management to disseminate information and to learn from each other's work.
Contents
JSMS publishes original papers, review papers, technical reports, case studies, conference reports, management reports, book reviews, notes, commentaries, and news. Special Issues devoted to important topics in engineering, system and management will occasionally be published.
Commentaries on papers and reports published in JSMS are encouraged. Authors will have the opportunity to respond to the commentary on their works before the entire treatment is published. Contribution may be by submission or invitation, and suggestions for special issues and publications are welcomed.
