Description

It is a peer-reviewed journal, which publishes papers aiming to extend our understanding of the humankind in all its aspects. It concentrates on topics, which need syntheses of multidisciplinary data from different specialities of Biological and Cultural Anthropology. The journal receives manuscripts only in English from all over the world. This journal has a distinguished international editorial board that maintains high scientific standards. The periodicity is biannual: two major periods of publication, one during June and the second during November. However each accepted paper could be published soon online with open access to the full text with print availability in an issue in progress but contains papers that are final and fully citable. Since its inauguration in 2008, all published papers are clearly kept on record in the web-site of the Journal : www.ata.org.tn and also in that of AJOL (African Journals OnLine) https://www.ajol.info/index.php/ijma. This journal is a print and electronic journal, freely open access online: There are no submission fees, publication fees or page charges for this journal.
