Description

The offered headings of the scientific journal are: “Theory and history of state and law, constitutional law, international law”, “Administrative law and process, financial law, information law”, “Theory and practice of law enforcement activity”, “Personnel work within law enforcement agencies, labor law, social guaranteeing law”, “Economy, entrepreneurship, civil and commercial law”, “Legal psychology”, etc.
Participating in the contests for the best scientific, educational and periodical edition within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine the journal every time became the awardee of the contest in the nomination “Scientific Journals”: in 2010 and 2012 it was ranked the 2nd, and in 2014 took the 3rd place.
By the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated from March 6, 2015 № 261 the journal is included in the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine in psychology (specialty 19.00.06 “Legal Psychology”), and by the order from May 12, 2015 № 528 ? in Law sciences.
