Description

Journal “Geoіnformatika” is a first scientific periodical in Ukraine, which publishes articles on the modern trend, comprising the all subject areas of the Earth in one basic specialization. Academic Journal “Geoіnformatika” is a specialized on geographical, geological, physical and mathematical (geophysics, geological science) and technical sciences.
The journal publishes original (those that have not been published previously) papers that cover theoretical, methodological, methodological and applied aspects of geoinformation, methods of its obtainment and use in the geosciences.
Language of publication: Ukrainian, Russian, English.
Additional Information: The Journal is distributed to libraries of scientific institutions, universities, national and State Libraries of Ukraine, as well as the U.S. Library of Congress and the Russian State Library.
The Journal promotes the national experience in geoinformatics, and contributes to the formation a unified GIS space. One of the strategies of the journal is to provide an overview of information on the implementation of computer technology to the solution of geological problems.
