Description

Al-Balqa Journal for Research and Studies is a scientific a double-blind peer reviewed bi-annual journal indexed in Ulrich, Ebsco, E-Marefa, Dar Al-Mandumah, Google Scholar, J-Gate, DRJI and Semantic Scholar. This journal is published by the Deanship of Scientific Research at Al-Ahliyya Amman University in both print and online versions since 1991. It aims at publishing original, scientific research and studies in the field of social sciences and humanities in both English and Arabic languages. This journal follows the international instructions and guidelines of publishing scientific research. It also adheres to ethics of publication in accordance with international standards.
The University has signed an agreement with the specialized DAR ALMANDUMAH publication system in order to build and develop specialized databases in scientific and academic research, their publication system contains more than 1800 Journals in 6 databases including the publication of Masters Thesis content for graduate students on wide system databases. The University also signed an agreement with the Union of Arabic universities electronic e-platform to include Al Balqa Journal as well as the Arab Impact Factor project which is part of the famous Elsevier scientific publication company. Al Balqa Journal is also being sent electronically to the Al-Hussein Bin Talal library at Yarmouk University.

To disseminate and publish international scientific peer-reviewed research in the field of humanities and social sciences with regional, national and international priorities.
To fulfill the needs of regional, national and international researchers and scholars in the field of humanities and social sciences.
To enrich regional, Arabic and international libraries with distinguished original research.
FOCUS AND SCOPE
This journal has geared its interest in publishing original works in different field such as sociology, administrative and financial sciences, archeology, tourism, geography, history, religious sciences, international relations, law, criminology, languages, literature, philosophy and ethics.
