Visão Global is a Portuguese-language journal which has the following
objectives: a.) to expand pedagogical knowledge and serve as a
practical resource for professionals in the Humanities
Area permanently investing in their human and professional; b.) to
offer the reader approaches the main issues discussed in the
Humanities, through articles produced by professionals in this
area of knowledge; and c.) reflect the cross-cutting themes of
humanities in the teaching and learning processes, the role of the
school, and the teacher's responsibility as well as that of society
in the complex process of educating for humanization.
Visão Global publishes original articles on current issues and
relevant within the humanities and the like. Articles may be the
result of theoretical studies and research. The journal features inter
alia conference articles, reviews and translations of texts relevant
to the area (if accompanied by written authorization of the author's
original work, or their heirs and editors).
