Description

The Malopolska School of Economics in Tarnow Research Papers Collection has been published since 1999. Initially, it was published irregularly, then as a biannual, and from the second half of 2015 it has appeared as a quarterly. The journal's publisher is the Malopolska School of Economics in Tarnow (Pol. Małopolska Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczna w Tarnowie).
It is the editorial intention of the Research Papers to be a discussion forum enabling the presentation of research results and original concepts, exchange of views and reflections. We strive to present our readers with theoretical problems and practical solutions for broadly understood management and quality sciences, including problems of organizational management, organizational structures, process management, strategic and crisis management, risk management, human resources and intellectual capital management, management of projects, quality, information and communication, or logistics systems, production management, IT tools supporting management, ergonomic conditions of the work process, corporate governance issues, corporate social responsibility, ethical and cultural aspects of management.
The publishing profile of the journal also includes issues in the field of economics and finance, including micro- and macroeconomic problems, entrepreneurship, problems related to financial policy, financial instruments, capital markets, public finances, financial management of local governments and public institutions, finance and accounting of enterprises.
The journal is published in electronic and printed form—the electronic publication is the original version. The texts of all articles are posted on the website in open access (in pdf format). Until 2019, the issues of 1–3 of the quarterly were published in Polish, and issue 4 was published in English. Currently (starting from issue 2/2019), all papers are published in English, and the texts are accompanied by Polish titles, abstracts and keywords.
