Folia Germanica (Acta Universitatis Lodziensis) has been published since 1997 and "continues the previous series, in which the publications appeared in Folia Litteraria czy Folia Linguistica. Folia Germanica is an official publication of the Department of Scientific and Applied German Linguistics and Literature and the Department of Culture in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The journal is published annually and with an explicit theme.
