Jurnal Perlindungan Tanaman Indonesia was originally published by the Department of Crop Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada, and publishes papers of basic and applied research, as well as review articles on any plant protection disciplines. The journal articles topics that are published including, but not specifically limited to, plant protection studies such as Acarology, Agronomy, Bacteriology, Climatology, Entomology, Environmental Chemistry, Integrated Pest Management, Mycology, Microbiology, Nematology, Pesticides Toxicology, Pests Vertebrate, Plant Pest and Disease Ecology, and Virology.
