Celal Bayar University The Journal of Social Sciences began in 2003 as a refereed academic journal. It was published twice a year until 2013. Since 2013, the journal appears as three issues yearly - in April, August, and December. The Journal became international refereed academic journal in 2013. The Journal presents original and qualified articles devoted to social sciences (literature, history, psychology, sociology, philosophy, economy, management, education, political sciences, international relations etc.).
Articles submitted to the journal in accordance with the publishing rules are sent to the referees. The Journal operates an anonymous peer review system to sustain an objective assessment. In the event of a negative report from one of the referees, the article is sent to a third referee. An article is published only after the acceptance of it for publication by the referees.
