Description

“Archives of Ukraine” is a scientific and practical journal that contains research on current issues of history, theory and practice of archival affairs in Ukraine and the world, the theory and methodology of archival science. There are published analytical, theoretical, research materials on archival science, documentation science, archeography, source science and related disciplines; critical and bibliographic materials.
As the activities of archives cover various aspects of management, legal, historical, sociocultural and informational nature, the thematic focus of the journal includes: coverage of the history, theory and practice of archival affairs, publication of scientific articles on archival science, source science, documentation science, other special historical disciplines; reviews of archival sources; archeographic publications of archival documents. Interdisciplinary discourse is related to the actualization of the processes of digital transformation of society, the introduction of information technology in the activities of archives, the development of electronic archives and information resources.
