Description

Clinician and Technology is the oldest regularly appearing specialist journal dealing with new findings in research, development, production and implementation of medical technology. Since 1970, it has been publishing popular scientific articles and reviewed papers by Czech and foreign authors, who present topical and newly-discovered information in the field of medical technology. The mission of the journal is to present these findings especially to medical doctors and to non-medical technicians employed in medical facilities, to students of specializing in health care, and to other health-care workers.
The specialist texts are reviewed by leading experts in the field, and are supplemented with original documentary photogaphs. There is a section on methods in biomedical engineering aimed at young people starting out in biomedical engineering and in working with biomedical technology. In this section, the reader can find out about specific techniques and methods used in biomedical engineering.
The journal is registered in the following international indexes: SCOPUS, EMBASE/Excerpta Medica (Elsevier), IndexCopernicus, and Bibliographia Medica Cechoslovaca.
