Description

The Journal Pesquisa Agropecuária Gaúcha (PAG) belongs to the Department of Diagnosis and Agricultural Research (DDPA) of the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. It publishes scientific articles, bibliographic reviews, notes and scientific texts related to the area of Agricultural Sciences, in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
Pesquisa Agropecuária Gaúcha (PAG) is a publish-as-you-go journal, aimed at the spread of original scientific works in the ​​Agrarian Sciences, including agricultural, agricultural and related topics. Papers submitted to PAG must be original and unpublished, not previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal.
This journal operates in a double-blind review process. Papers will only be sent for review if the Editor-in-Chief determines that the document meets the appropriate quality and relevance requirements. Appropriated manuscripts will be submitted for peer-review by independent experts to evaluate the scientific quality of the article. The Editor is responsible for the final decision on acceptance or rejection of articles. The editor-in-chief's decision is final. Manuscripts submitted to PAG will undergo a plagiarism / self-plagiarism detector prior to peer review, or at any time during the editorial process. Manuscripts with more than 10% similarity to other publications will not be accepted, and submissions may be rejected at any time during the editorial process. Articles are available at the journal's open access.
