Description

A Revista da Faculdade de Direito da UFRGS (Journal of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul Law School) began its publication in 1949 and, since its first moments, has served as a way to disseminate ideas of some of the most relevant researchers and politicians of Rio Grande do Sul and Brazil. The journal was printed until 2015 and, currently, the journal adopts the virtual system SEER, the public translation into Brazilian Portuguese of the journal publishing system Open Jornal System (OJS). The journal is a biannual publication and it is an Open Access Journal that grants free access and download of all it published papers without user identification. The journal follow the Brazilian Ministry of Education rules for scientific journals (QUALIS), including the double-blind peer review method, translation of titles and abstracts into english and ethical guidelines.
