"Politička misao" (Political Thought) is the oldest journal of political science in Eastern Europe and the only journal of that kind in Croatia. It was launched in 1964. "Politička misao" publishes reviewed scientific and specialized texts in political science and related social science disciplines economy, law, philosophy, sociology, history, communication theory and journalism dealing with political phenomena and political development of East European countries. Reviews, book presentations and comments on scientific conferences are also published in the journal.
The journal "Politička misao" comes out four times a year in Croatian. Since 1992, a special international issue of the journal, called "Politicka Misao:
Croatian Political Science Review", comes out once a year in English focusing on the current political situation in Croatia, through a thematic approach.
The journal "Politička misao" is published by Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb and is financed by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of Republic of Croatia. The journal appears in 600 copies.
