?Izvestiya Vuzov. Tsvetnaya Metallurgiya? (Proceedings of Higher Schools. Nonferrous Metallurgy) is the oldest Russian journal in the field of metallurgy (publishes starting from 1958) and has multilayer history. Journal publishes scientific articles of collaborators at higher schools, Russian Academy of Sciences, sectoral institutions and companies of Russia, CIS countries, and foreign authors devoted to the following aspects of theory and scientifically substantiated practice of nonferrous metallurgy:

A considerable volume of articles published in Journal is referred to priority developmental directions of science, technologies, and technique of the Russian Federation such as: industry of nanosystems and materials; rational nature management; power engineering and energy saving. Journal is oriented to a wide circle of readers (metallurgists, physical metallurgists, physics, and chemists) and for time of its existence acquired large authority not only in Russia but abroad as well.
