The journal covers all aspects of hygienic science and sanitary practices. It focuses on environmental and residential health, human ecology, hygiene in children and adolescents, radiation hygiene, occupational health, and food hygiene. The journal elucidates scientific and practical issues (e.g., new methods of hygienic research) relevant to experts with Russia’s сenters for hygiene and epidemiology.
The journal publishes material on the policies and management of sanitation, science-based sanitary legislation, training of sanitarians, sanitation statistics, sanitation education and the history of hygiene in Russia and the rest of the world.
