Description

The Journal of Food Safety and Food Quality (JFSFQ) is a peer-reviewed open access journal affiliated to International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety (IADNS), provides a platform for papers including case studies and discussion papers dealing with topics from all areas of food hygiene (food originating from animals) including dairy hygiene, food monitoring, beef cattle and meat examination, meat hygiene and food technology. Pertinent topics focusing on plant foods may also be considered. IMR Press started to publish Journal of Food Safety and Food Quality (from Volume 76 Issue 1) with Open Access under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.
