Description

The International Journal of Organizational Learning and Change (IJOLC) is a refereed and peer reviewed journal that is published by the Society of Management and Human Resource Development (http://www.smhrd.org). The journal endeavors to provide forums for academicians and practitioners who are interested in the discussion of current and future issues and challenges impacting the field of organizational learning and change as well as promoting and disseminating relevant, high quality research in the field of management.
Submissions to IJOLC must extend theory in ways that permit the development of testable knowledge-based claims. To do this, researchers can develop new management and organization theory, significantly challenge or clarify existing theory, synthesize recent advances and ideas into fresh, if not entirely new theory, or initiate a search for new theory by identifying and delineating a novel theoretical problem. IJOLC publishes novel, insightful and carefully crafted conceptual work that challenges conventional wisdom concerning all aspects of organizations and their roles in society. IJOLC is listed in world renowned repositories
