Description

The Hikmet Journal began its activities in June 2024. The founder and publisher of the journal is Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.
All articles published in the journal are registered with CrossRef, and each article is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), which is used to identify scholarly publications, ensure accurate citation, and provide permanent links.
The editorial board of the journal includes leading scholars from Kazakhstan and other countries.
All materials published in the journal are distributed in open access under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. The materials may be used for non-commercial purposes provided that the author and the source are properly cited. Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works is not permitted.
Articles are published in full-text format on the official journal website in Kazakh, Russian, English, and Turkish.
The aim of the journal is to study current scientific issues in the fields of philosophy, cultural studies, religious studies, and Islamic studies, to publish research results, and to create an academic platform for scholarly and practical exchange of ideas.
Objectives of the Journal: inform the academic community and specialists about current issues and trends in philosophy, cultural studies, religious studies, and Islamic studies;
promote the publication of results of fundamental and applied research in these fields;
expand scientific cooperation and interaction between Kazakhstani and international scholars;
support the research activities of young scholars and facilitate the publication of their research findings.
The journal covers research topics in philosophy, cultural studies, religious studies, and Islamic studies, and also publishes review articles dedicated to the scholarly works of internationally recognized researchers.
The overall themes of journal issues are determined by the editorial board and scientific editors in accordance with the main directions of the journal.
Publication Frequency
The journal is published in electronic and print formats four times a year (quarterly):
Issue 1 — by March 30
Issue 2 — by June 30
Issue 3 — by September 30
Issue 4 — by December 30
Article publication in the journal is free of charge.
