Journal of Hospital and Clinical Management (JHCM) is an online open access journal covers theories, methods and applications in hospital and Clinical Management. This journal includes the leadership, management and administration of public health systems, hospitals and Clinical Management.
Healthcare workers are experiencing both a push away from their current roles and a pull toward new opportunities. On the push side of the equation, working through the pandemic has been stressful and potentially harmful for lower-tier workers on healthcare's front lines. With hospitals' census numbers running at all-time highs, the number of people available to work has fallen even lower than usual. As 24/7 operations, healthcare facilities are limited in their ability to flex work schedules, despite the demands that workers feel on personal fronts. Simply put, people have been forced to choose between family and work. Naturally, they choose family.
This journal encompasses the study related to medical issues supporting in patient and hospital managements effectively.
The objective of this journal is to maintain and develop science and related research at an international level. In order to achieve this, it is important to bring into managing practice and research in all branches of hospital and clinical administration.
