Jurnal Prajaiswara (ISSN: 2809-6991)

Description

In June 2020, Jurnal Prajaiswara (p-ISSN: 2722-6352) visited readers with several written works in the form of articles compiled by the author from Widyaiswara of Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency/Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jambi (BPSDM) Provinsi Jambi. The purpose of publishing this journal is to publish research results and convey ideas from the author and provide benefits, especially in supporting the development of state civil apparatus resources in line with bureaucratic reform that is being implemented. Jurnal Prajaiswara is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (June and December) by BPSDM Provinsi Jambi. These results are published in an original scientific article and a review. The submitted manuscript must be original, with no plagiarism, and unpublished. Manuscripts are submitted online via the Open Journal System (e-ISSN: 2809-6991, prefix DOI: 10.55351) and must follow author guidelines and a writing template. All submitted manuscripts are subjected to the principle of double-blind peer review by qualified reviewers in their field.
