Constitutional Studies is a forum for studying constitutionalism and constitutional democracy, the core being the theory and practice of constitutional justice in the 21st century. It is dedicated to the theory and practice of modern constitutionalism and constitutional government and publishes contributions of the highest quality that promote our understanding of the institutions in constitutional democracies and the grounds for their legitimacy, the practices of constitutional self-government, approaches to constitutional jurisprudence and related issues.
