Studies in Educational Management (SEM) is a forum for publishing research studies in the field of educational management. SEM publishes articles related to all aspects of educational management. We welcome research studies focusing on issues related to educational management theory and practice, in particular national policy issues. The journal particularly welcomes articles that advance our understanding of educational management across different contexts and cultures. Suitable research for the journal may be of qualitative or quantitative orientation or mixed-methods. Submissions should not only be methodologically sound, but also have significant innovative implications for researchers and practitioners. The journal is published biannually from 2021.
