Journal of Research in Organizational Knowledge Management is an online, non-accessible, peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary and fully peer-reviewed scientific journal based on theories, models and systems related to organizational knowledge management. This is a scientific journal whose purpose is to contribute to scientific research and continuous education in order to promote research in the field of organizational knowledge management. Submitted articles will be published after special review and approval by the editorial board. This journal was established by the management faculty of Imam Hossein University (AS) in 2017, and respected professors and researchers will be greatly appreciated if they refer to this site, register, submit and edit their articles based on the guidelines of the authors. Therefore, visiting in person or contacting the journal office is not recommended, so all communication with authors and reviewers is done through the website. The journal is a member of the Committee on Ethics in Publication (COPE) and adheres to the highest ethical standards in accordance with the Code of Ethics.
