Description

The “Philosophical polylogue” is a Russian scientific journal published by the International Centre for the Russian Philosophy Studies (Saint-Petersburg State University). The research field of the journal covers the problematics of the history of Russian philosophy and culture as well as history of Russian philosophy in its relations to the other national philosophical traditions, general problems of philosophy of culture are also in the focus of the edition. The philosophical idea of the journal is based on the intercultural methodology implying equality of different cultures and traditions of philosophy. The aim of the journal is to gather international scholars interested in the intercultural dialogue for the sake of common thinking and common discussion of the urgent issues of philosophy. We strive for bringing together different cultures and philosophical practices. The journal is published twice a year.
