Description

The purpose of the scientific publication – to publish scientific developments on topical general theoretical and fields legal issues, proposals for legislation, analysis of law enforcement practice, research on the practice of the European Court of Human Rights and national courts, studying foreign experience in legal reform, understanding and ways to solve scientific and practical problems of international law and its implementation in the legal system of Ukraine, and experience of its integration into the legal system of the European Union.
