Description

"Law Journal of Donbass" is a collection of scientific works of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs with open access, which is included into the List of professional editions of Ukraine as a publication of the category "B" in the field of law sciences (081 – Law).
The publication consists of seven sections: 1) Theory and history of law. Constitutional and international law; 2) Commercial law. Civil law. Labor law; 3) Administrative law and process. Finance law. Information law; 4) Criminal law. Criminology; 5) Criminal process and criminalistics. Operative search activity; 6) Training of specialists in the system of professional legal education in higher education institutions with specific conditions of education; 7) Actual issues of police activity and training specialists for units of the National Police of Ukraine.
