Journal of Substance Abuse and Alcoholism is an open access, peer reviewed Journal focusing the areas of drugs, tobacco and alcohol use, abuse and dependence conditions. The Open Access Journal exploits the chemistry of substances that cause addiction and abuse, their actions at molecular and cellular levels both in vitro and in vivo analysis of their biochemical, chemical and behavioral actions, clinical research in humans and laboratory models that studied substances useful for abuse treatment and the Journal also covers the deterrence research, and studies utilizing methods from psychology, epidemiology and sociology.
As a part JSciMed Central Open Access platform, Journal of Substance Abuse and Alcoholism supports the scientific innovation and advancement in molecular and cellular levels both in vitro and in vivo analysis of their biochemical, chemical and behavioral actions research community by increasing access to peer reviewed scientific literature. JSciMed Central also brings multiple internationally peer reviewed member journals under one roof thereby encouraging knowledge sharing, collaboration and promotion of interdisciplinary science.
