Description

The Journal Cardernos de Relações Internacionais is published by the Research Center for Perspectives on the Historicity of Law in the State - CIHJur. The perspective of the Historicity of the State and Law is not restricted to the past; on the contrary, it also looks to the contemporary world and, to this end, interdisciplinary analysis is indispensable. In this context, the editorial line aims to publish articles of a scientific nature, research and works that are unpublished in Brazil and fall within the following themes: Section I - supra-state conjuncture and globalization; Section II - Human Rights and Public Law. In addition to the thematic suitability of the work, it is essential that it contributes to the development of scientific reflection and that it complies with the editorial standards.
