The mission of the International Journal of Monitoring and Surveillance Technologies Research (IJMSTR) is to serve as a unique forum where knowledge from the healthcare, safety, and privacy fields can be synergistically blended. This multi-disciplinary journal publishes research on theoretical, clinical, and practical achievements in the fields of bioengineering, medicine, computer engineering, assistive technologies, and smart surveillance systems.
