International Journal of Food and Nutrition Science (IJFNS) is an open access, peer-reviewed and refereed international journal published in print form as well as electric form quarterly. The IJFNS publishes original research and review articles of all basic and applied aspects of food and nutrition science. The aim of IJFNS is to offer scientists, researchers and other professionals the opportunity to share knowledge on food and nutrition science through peer-reviewed publications.
The IJFNS focuses especially on experimental and theoretical research findings that have the potential for helping food industry to improve process efficiency, enhance food quality and extend shelf-life of fresh and processed food products.
