Description

The Journal of Organic Semiconductors is an interdisciplinary journal whose focus is the science and technology of organic semiconducting materials. The journal publishes account of original research in all aspects of organic semiconducting materials, including molecular design and synthesis, processing, optoelectronic properties of organic materials, thin film growth and characterisation and electronic applications of organic semiconductors such as organic light emitting diodes, thin film transistors, photovoltaic cells, metal/semiconductor diode sensors and etc.
