The American Journal of Food and Nutrition (AJFN) published by Science Huβ publishes, in English, high-quality research articles, review papers and short communications. Contributions are considered for evaluation on the understanding that they are original and not being considered for publication elsewhere.

The scope of the Journal is broad and opens an important forum for researchers from academic and private arenas to exchange the latest results from research on human nutrition in a broad sense, both original papers and reviews, including:

The journal focuses on the different aspects of nutrition for people involved in nutrition research such as Dentists, Dieticians, Medical doctors, Nutritionists, Teachers, Journalists and Manufacturers in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

All articles published in AJFN are peer-reviewed. The decision of the Editor-in-Chief to publish a paper in concurrence with referee(s) opinion is considered final.
