Description

Economic Journal of Emerging Markets (EJEM) is a peer-reviewed economic journal which provides a forum for scientific works concerning in emerging economies. This Journal publishes original research papers relating to some aspects of economic research twice a year on April and October. The journal is completely open access which opens the doors for the readers and academicians to keep in touch with the latest research findings in the field of economics. At its early publication in the period of 1993-1995, the Journal was known as Jurnal Ekonomi. Furthermore, in the period of 1996-2008, the Journal appeared with the name of Jurnal Ekonomi Pembangunan (JEP). The journal is published by Centre for Economic Studies, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Islam Indonesia, in collaboration with the Indonesia Regional Science Association (IRSA).
