Description

Phytopharmacology is an international open-access peer-reviewed journal dedicated to rapidly publish original full length research articles, short communications and reviews with a focus on pharmacology, toxicology and clinical studies of bioactive natural products.
Phytopharmacology also publish phytochemical investigations and structure elucidation studies of pharmacologically active compounds and etnobotanical studies based on folk use of medicinal plants. Other areas of interest includes Identification of bioactivity in plant extracts, identification of targets and pharmacological mechanisms of natural products, development of standardization method for bioactive plant extracts and natural products. The journal welcomes review articles highlighting pharmacology and toxicology of bioactive natural products. Articles published in Phytopharmacology will be freely accessed as full-text papers.
