The Literacy Information and Computer Education Journal (LICEJ) is a peer reviewed quarterly publication.The LICEJ provides an international forum for electronic publication of high-quality scholarly papers. The scope of LICEJ encompasses all aspects of the education as well as cross-disciplinary topics and ICT applications in education.The objectives of LICEJ is to provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various educational fields with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research esteem and the evolution of pedagogy.
