The Quarterly Journal of intelligent Management of Human Capital is a scientific journal that takes an interdisciplinary and forward-looking approach, seeks to publish the results of researchers' research in line with the system of human capital issues to create ideas, theories, models, provide future roadmaps, strategic plans and programs, as well as develop intelligent systems based on big data for effective decision-making in the field of human capital management at the national and international level.
This journal aims to publish scientific articles in the fields of monitoring, recruitment and selection, performance management, development and excellence, retention, and intelligent sustainability of human capital, with an emphasis on data-based approaches and applying convergent technologies, especially information technology (including artificial intelligence, machine learning, network analysis, interactive data analytics, cloud computing, mixed reality including virtual and augmented reality), cognitive science technology, and biotechnological sciences.
