Description

The ACM Transactions on Design Automation of Electronic Systems (TODAES) publishes recent significant results of research and development efforts in the area of design automation of electronic systems. The TODAES editorial board invites submission of technical papers describing recent results of research and development efforts in the area of design automation of electronic systems. The journal intends to provide a comprehensive coverage of innovative works concerning the specification, design, analysis, simulation, testing, and evaluation of very large scale integrated electronic systems, emphasizing a computer science/engineering orientation. Topics include, but are not limited to:
System-Level Synthesis, SoC design, and Networks on Chip
Real-Time Systems, Embedded Software and Systems , Hardware/Software Codesign
Energy Efficient Design Methodologies and Green Computing
Multi-Processor System-on-Chip, Computer Architecture and Enterprise Computing
Simulation, Validation, and Formal Verification
Logic, RTL and Behavioral Synthesis
Physical Design
Testing and Design for Testability
Logic and Memory Design Techniques including Mixed-Signal Circuits and Systems
Digital Design, FPGA Synthesis and Reconfigurable Systems
TODAES will publish research papers (approximately 10-15 printed pages each), tutorial and survey papers (approximately 20-30 printed pages each), and short technical notes (no more than 5 printed pages each). Each accepted paper will be considered for the ACM TODAES Best Paper Award. The award will be presented during the opening ceremony at the Design Automation Conference (DAC).
