Description

Journal of Sharia and Islamic Studies it's a refereed academic journal published four times a year by the academic Publication Council of Kuwait University. The journal was established in 1984 and has successfully published hundreds of papers in Arabic and English. We publish papers in several fields related to Islamic research and studies: Interpretation, Hadith, Faith, Da'wah (Presenting Islam), Jurisprudence, Comparative Jurisprudence, Principles of Jurisprudence, Islamic Economics, Islamic Culture, Autobiography, and other articles that address contemporary problems and emerging issues from the point of view of Islamic law. The journal's issues are divided into different sections, namely academic articles, seminars, translations, reports of scientific meetings, books presentation and reviews, manuscripts and documents, university theses summaries, and a directory of refereed scientific journals.
Papers are subject to examination and referring according to the regulations approved by the Journal through leading scholars and specialists in Islamic Sharia to promote Islamic academic research to better serve the Muslim Ummah and its cause.
