The Singapore Medical Journal (SMJ) is a monthly publication of the Singapore Medical Association (SMA). Established in March 1960, SMJ is Singapore’s premier peer-reviewed journal of medical practice and clinical research. Articles published include research papers, review articles, case reports, medical education, among others. The SMJ is an open access journal indexed by PubMed, WPRIM, ISI Web of Knowledge, Index Copernicus. The current Journal Impact Factor is 0.73.
