Description

Bŭlgarski ezik / Bulgarian language is a scientific journal dedicated to the problems of the complex study of the unique Bulgarian language. It publishes original articles of high scientific value and academic contribution in all areas of linguistic Bulgarian studies, as well as in the fields of general and Slavic linguistics, theoretical, applied and computational linguistics.
The results of the study of the history, dialectal diversity and contemporary state of the Bulgarian language are presented. Grammatical, lexical, dialectological, etymological, onomastic, ethnolinguistic, psycholinguistic, sociolinguistic and interdisciplinary studies of the Bulgarian language are published.
Publications in the journal Bŭlgarski ezik / Bulgarian Language contribute to the development of typological and comparative studies of various languages ​​worldwide, providing the results of the comprehensive study of the Bulgarian language as a Slavic, Balkan and European language, including in comparison with other languages.
