Description

The problems of enforcement does not lose relevance in the context of the legal system of any state. It determines the role and importance of the publication of "Law Enforcement Review". Currently, there is an increased interest in the problems of law enforcement by the public, scientists, law-enforcement officers, other public authorities and officials, who are interested in proper securing of the legitimate rights and interests of the individual in the process of implementation of the legal provisions.
Marked trends pose specific challenges associated with finding an effective enforcement mechanism that combines the principles of legality and efficiency. The solution of these problems is impossible without the interaction of academics and practitioners in understanding the scientific and theoretical problems and trends of practical enforcement of law. Because of this the publication of "Law Enforcement Review" focuses on the augmentation of scientific and theoretical knowledge in this area both from the General theory of state and law and sectoral legal Sciences.
The publication of "Law Enforcement Review" provides for the exchange of scientific-theoretical and practical proposals for improving the effectiveness of enforcement activities between representatives of Russian and foreign legal science, which contributes to the achievement of a cumulative effect in the accumulation of knowledge in this field.
The Editorial Board includes a constellation of leading scientists of Russia and foreign countries, whose works are the foundation of the General theory of law and sectoral legal Sciences.
It's done because of the increased social importance of law enforcement and because of our intention to make significant progress in solving theoretical and practical problems in this field through the publishing of "Law Enforcement Review".
We hope that the publication of "Law Enforcement Review" taking into account the interaction between theoretical and other legal Sciences, as well as experience of foreign schools of law will contribute to the development of Russian legal science, improvement of legislation regulating the enforcement process as well as the solution of actual problems of law enforcement practice.
